You will be the Air-Launched Rapid Response Weapon (ARRW) Production Operations Integrated Product Team (IPT) Manager for the Production Operations Integrated Product Team (IPT). Our team is responsible for overseeing end-to-end missile manufacturing, ensuring product quality, and driving cost-effective production.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Air-Launched Rapid Response Weapon (ARRW) Production Operations Integrated Product Team (IPT) Manager you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end missile manufacturing, ensuring product quality, and driving cost-effective production.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Lead cost, quality and schedule management for AUR production, with focus on supporting the Troy site.
- Direct capital planning, facilitization, and tooling initiatives to successfully transition production restart efforts.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including design, supply chain, and reliability to resolve technical issues.
- Manage budgets, travel, and stakeholder communication with customers and senior leadership.
- Identify risks, develop recovery plans, and present actionable solutions to management.

Basic Qualifications:
- Experience with managing/leading in a production/manufacturing environment & strong cross-functional relationships
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline
- Extensive knowledge and experience in the areas of manufacturing and testing
- Strong interpersonal and leadership/management skills with excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with senior program leadership, Customer leadership, and functional leadership and within a partial virtual team environment (as a result of location logistics)
- Full Spectrum Leadership competencies
- This position requires a security clearance, therefore all applicants must be US Citizens
Desired Skills:
- Experience with Missile programs and Troy operations
- Proposal and contracts management experience throughout all production and development activities
- CAM Certification
- Experience leading capital projects and budget/schedule management
- Experience with construction/facilitization efforts for new production areas
- Former L-code with history of team building experience
Security Clearance Statement:
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely:
Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position:
4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
