Lockheed Martin's Missile and Fire Control is seeking a Program Manager to join the TacIRST Production & Sustainment team.
What You Will Be Doing
Oversee production and transition to production program execution of Gen II and Gen II product lines over multiple platforms and customers, inclusive of oversight over capacity ramp to rate projects, assisting on proposal efforts, affordability improvements, and lead time reduction initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Manage Cost, Schedule and Technical Performance across multiple contracts and DOs
- Negotiate contracts and contract modifications.
- Prepare proposals, work statements, operating budgets, and financial terms.
- Serve as primary customer contact and lead program review sessions.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful program execution.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in engineering, business management, or applicable field of study.
- At least 3 years of experience in program management or equivalent leadership role
- Experience as a cost control manager or exposure to earned value management system and associated processes.
- Experience leading contract or internal investment work where individual was responsible for cost, schedule and delivery of work product(s).
- Active Secret clearance with an investigation within 5 years and the ability to gain a SAP access
- Must have the ability to work onsite full-time
Desired Skills:
- Post graduate degree in engineering or business management.
- At least 3 years managing EO/IR or mission systems development or production programs
- Experience leading transition to production programs with capacity ramp up
- Exposure EPRS and/or IPMDAR reporting
Security Clearance Statement:
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely:
Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position:
4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
