System Integration/Test Engineer Associate Manager

You will be the Associate Manager for the Emulation Center of Excellence (ECoE) team, overseeing the development and implementation of emulation systems and leading a team of engineers. Our team is responsible for driving technical excellence and innovation in emulation systems, and we're looking for a seasoned technical leader to join our team.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Associate Manager, you will be responsible for technical leadership, overseeing the development and implementation of emulation systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive technical excellence and innovation. You will play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of ECoE projects, identifying areas for process improvement, and developing strategies to enhance team performance.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the development and implementation of emulation systems

- Interfacing with internal and external customers and senior leadership/executives

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must have the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance. A Final Secret Clearance is required to start.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) or equivalent professional experience
- Proven experience leading diverse technical teams of moderate size
- Proven experience working with Test Equipment & fabrication techniques
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional engineering activities in support of missile/sensor programs, planning and execution build schedules, affordability considerations, and risk and opportunity management
- Experience required includes, customer interface, integration and test planning and execution, management of major subcontracts. The candidate must have current missile/sensor experience
- Must have an active Secret Clearance
Desired Skills:
- Demonstrated excellence in communicating with Senior Levels of Management
- Experience managing and/or leading a multi-functional team in an electronics development, test, emulation, production, or manufacturing environment
- Experience with managing small teams and/or small team projects
- Experience in earned value management or basic budget and schedule management
- Experience performing proposal/BOE development and man-power estimation
- Experience in managing Flight Test Hardware, GFE, Test/Emulation Equipment, and materials
Security Clearance Statement:
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely:
Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
