We are seeking a Structural Engineer to join our Federal Buildings & Infrastructure team. Collaborating with our expert architects and engineers, you’ll design structural systems for a variety of building types including airports, government and mission-critical facilities, data centers, and large-scale manufacturing facilities. You’ll be accountable for scope, schedule, budget, and technical quality of design deliverables, whether working independently or leading a project team. With our global reach, you’ll have access to industry experts around the world and opportunities for national and international travel.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in civil engineering with a structural emphasis
  • 5+ years of relevant buildings-related structural design experience
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license
  • Proficiency with structural design and analysis software (e.g., ETABS, RISA, RAM)
  • Thorough knowledge of building codes and standards (e.g., IBC, ASCE)
  • Desire to take independent initiative and ownership of work
  • United States citizenship

Preferred Qualifications

  • Structural Engineer (SE) license
  • Experience with Revit
  • Familiarity with Federal government clients, standards, and criteria (e.g., UFC)
  • Experience with design-build and early contractor involvement delivery methods
  • United States security clearance, or the ability to obtain
