Description:
You will be the Associate Software Engineering Manager for the F-35 Maintenance System Software Team. Our team is responsible for developing and configuring platform for F-35 Operational Data Integrated Network (ODIN) Program.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in a STEM discipline, Software Engineering or Computer Science preferred
- Software Engineering Management or Software Engineering Team Lead experience
- Software development or networking experience
- Agile development experience
Desired Skills:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Familiarity with Atlassian tool suite (JIRA/Confluence/Bitbucket) and Gitlab
- Experience with Process Improvement and Affordability initiatives
- Advanced knowledge of CI/CD principles
- Experience with Model-Based Engineering (Cameo)
- Test Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior Driven Development (BDD) experience
- Project Management experience
- Experience preparing and delivering briefings to leadership

Ability to Work Remotely:
Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position:
4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
