You will be the SITC manufacturing product lead manager for the Sensor Integration & Test Center (SITC). Our team is responsible for overseeing all program execution within our final assembly factory.

What You Will Be Doing

As the SITC manufacturing product lead manager you will be responsible for leading program execution, managing a team of direct reports, and contributing to senior staff strategy.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead and oversee all program execution within the final assembly factory.
  • Manage up to seven direct reports, ensuring effective program delivery.
  • Collaborate with the SITC Center Manager and senior staff on strategic initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across programs.
  • Represent SITC in cross-functional meetings and stakeholder engagements.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience with leading teams, either directly or indirectly
  • Experience working in a production environment or managing Production Operations scope on a program
  • Must be a U.S. citizen and have the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a workforce with a variety of technical skills, through dynamic technical, cost, and schedule challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a high-paced environment and demonstrated ability to make decisions, delegate responsibilities, take ownership for deliverables, and execute through effective communications in both factory and leadership settings.

Desired Skills:

  • Multiple roles within Production Operations
  • Experience working in the Sensor Integration & Test Center (SITC) or Fire Control Factory (FCF)
  • Experience presenting program status to all levels of leadership
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
  • OLDP, MLDC, and POLI graduates
  • Active Secret Clearance

Security Clearance Statement:

This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely:

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position:

4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
