We are experiencing growth and seeking to hire an Electrical Integration Engineer for our sunny Orlando site.
What You Will Be Doing
The Electrical Integration Engineer will be responsible for harness checkout in RFS PC System Integration Lab (SIL), electrical integration of seeker subsystems, and associated testing activities. The engineer will work closely with senior leadership and external customers, presenting results and progress in a clear, professional manner while operating in a fast paced, developmental environment with evolving requirements.
Scope of Work
- Perform harness checkout and validation in the SIL.
- Integrate electrical subsystems for seeker programs, including wiring, connectors, and power distribution.
- Conduct functional and performance testing of integrated harnesses and subsystems.
- Collaborate with multi disciplinary teams to resolve integration issues and support program requirements.
- Prepare and deliver technical briefings to senior leadership and external customers.

Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of related experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
- Interim Clearance is needed to start, therefore you must be a US Citizen.
- Proficiency with oscilloscopes, vector network analyzers (VNAs), and general electrical lab test equipment.
- Hands on experience fabricating, troubleshooting, and testing electrical harnesses.
- Familiarity with RS 232 or comparable serial communication interfaces.
- Ability to present technical information effectively to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated capability to thrive in dynamic development programs with evolving requirements.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with PCB layout, cable design, and component integration.
- Knowledge of digital, analog, and RF circuit design concepts.
- Exposure to electrical simulation tools (e.g., SPICE, Altium Designer) and simulation environments.
- Prior involvement in multi disciplinary teams (systems, software, mechanical).
- Experience with flight software integration and verification is a plus.

This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
