You will be the Project Management and Planning Operations Staff – Level 4 for the F-35 Training IDIQ Program which is responsible for delivering disciplined project management and execution excellence.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Project Management and Planning Operations Staff – Level 4 you will be responsible for guiding the program through earned‑value management, risk oversight, and coordinated execution.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Utilize the Earned Value Management System (EVMS) to track cost, schedule, and performance metrics.
- Conduct risk and opportunity assessments to inform decision‑making.
- Support program reviews and assist in leading overall program execution.
- Coordinate proposals, Statements of Work, schedules, and budgets across functional teams.
- Act as liaison between internal stakeholders and senior leadership to ensure alignment and transparency.

Further Information About This Opportunity
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must obtain a Secret clearance after hire.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in project management
- Experience in cost and/or schedule management
- Bachelors degree or higher; or combined education/experience
Desired Skills:
- CAM Experience
- CAM Certification
- Experience working cross-functionally with internal and external customers
- Development and training experience
- Strong communicator
- Supply chain experience
- Material Control Account Management
- Risk/Opportunity management experience
Security Clearance Statement:

Ability to Work Remotely:
Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
