Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a full-time Program Relations Engagement & Planning Representative at our Titusville, Florida site to assist with creating a positive employee experience, attracting/retaining talent and provide a VIP experience to our partners, suppliers and employees. In this role, you will support the FBM program by:

  • By providing a flawless FBM experience to new & existing employees.
  • Instilling FBM culture across our locations.
  • By creating and updating FBM business rhythms, calendars and meeting notices. Creating organized folders in Livelink, and assisting with chart-review wall walks.
  • making arrangements for high level meetings, tours and events; encompassing all meeting logistics both locally and at the remote locations.
  • By performing as a generalist in a combination of administrative task; scheduling, planning, budgeting, statistical reports and executing logistics for a number of events.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
  • Basic project management skills - outline timelines, status achievements, identify landmarks etc.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook) to include the creation and manipulation of data
  • Experience in planning and organizing large meetings and/or events
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance, thus US Citizenship is required.

  • Administrative experience
  • Demonstrated strong commitment to mission success and ability to work in a collaborative, team environment
  • Experience as office manager, human resources, legal assistant or other office administration functions, etc.
  • Excellent presentation & multi-tasking abilities
  • Excellent organizational & communication skills
  • Knowledge and experience with use of Livelink and SharePoint
  • Knowledge of setting up VTCs, teams and/or zoom calls.

Ability to Work Remotely:

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position:

9x80 every other Friday off
