You will be the Munitions Acceleration Material Rep for the team. Our team is responsible for advancing munitions acceleration materials to meet mission‑critical timelines.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Munitions Acceleration Material Rep you will be responsible for driving material acceleration initiatives and providing project leadership support.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead procurement, subcontract management, and risk‑mitigation activities that support supply‑chain and operations efforts.
  • Provide technical expertise and support for material handling processes.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional project teams to ensure timely delivery and mission success.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Effective presentation, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities while executing to meet mission success
  • Knowledge of Procurement, Subcontract Management, Proposal Process, Risk Mitigation & Project Management as it relates to Supply Chain and Operations efforts
  • Ability to resolve tactical obstacles and make strategic decisions while delivering results
  • Ability to obtain a US Secret Security Clearance

  • SAP & P2P experience
  • Strong social acumen - team player able to effectively communicate with cross-functional organizations and build working relationships
  • Strong ability to multi-task while delivering results

Security Clearance Statement:

This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely:

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position:

4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
