You will be the Manufacturing Support Team Member for the Manufacturing Support Team. Our team is responsible for supporting production, business, and other processes.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Manufacturing Support Team Member you will be responsible for collaborating across functions to drive efficiency, quality, and innovation while supporting our production and business operations.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Interact with program and floor support to resolve problems, improve processes, and plan products.
  • Assist Product Leads with managing projects that keep production on track and on target.
  • Analyze and improve processes to increase efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain clear documentation and reporting of process changes.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Completed bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Microsoft office suite experience
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Must be a U.S. citizen and have the ability to obtain a security clearance.

Desired Skills:

  • Degree focus in industrial, mechanical, or electrical engineering, or other degree major with relevant experience
  • Experience with tracking and managing quality, and schedule in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience working in a union environment
  • Performance Management Team experience
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing techniques
  • Test and Assembly Experience

Security Clearance Statement:

This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely:

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position:

4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
