Manufacturing Planner Associate / Secret Clearance

You will be the Manufacturing Planner Associate for the Production Planning & Control (PP&C) team. Our team is responsible for planning activities associated with Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) transactions and supporting program wide manufacturing activities across multiple Missiles & Fire Control sites.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Manufacturing Planner Associate you will be responsible for translating program requirements into actionable production plans, ensuring material availability, and driving schedule fidelity across our missile sites.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and maintain MRP schedules to guarantee timely material delivery.
- Coordinate with manufacturing locations to align production plans with program milestones.
- Analyze demand forecasts and adjust plans to mitigate supply chain risks.
- Generate reports on inventory status and production performance.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to resolve planning discrepancies.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
- Proficient knowledge of computer systems, databases, and programs including SAP, Microsoft office, and Apriso, or equivalent.
- Strong organization and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and multitasking skills.
- Possess knowledge of lean manufacturing and/or supply chain management.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, problem solving, and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of Material Management and Accounting System (MMAS).
- Must have a Secret Clearance, therefore selected candidate must be a US Citizen.
Desired Skills:
- Past experience in any of the following areas: Make/Buy/BOM Planning, Supply Chain, or equivalent or experience in one area with an understanding of the other two.
- Ability to work with multiple levels of management, industry, peers, a represented workforce or business.
- Windchill and MPMLink experience.
- Previous working experience with engineering drawings and parts lists.
- Inventory Control and material handling knowledge, including familiarity with material requirements and Receiving/Warehouse/Shipping areas of responsibility.
Security Clearance Statement:
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
