Job Description

The Acoustic Systems Division is seeking a Program Finance Lead responsible for managing the financial control of a high visible Watch Program in Palm Bay, FL. This role will be responsible for partnering with program managers and cross-functional teams to drive financial program execution, establish and maintain program financial plan, and perform detailed financial analysis to provide insight into cost and schedule health on a program.

Essential Functions:

Lead program financials including development of time-phased integrated budgets and schedules, Earned Value (EV) data compliance and reporting, cost accounting and overseeing of cost and schedule integration
Development of quarterly EACs; analyze/assist in accurate projection of Estimate to Complete (ETC), Estimate at Complete (EAC) and Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) data
Ensure program EAC adherence to L3 Harris AC-13 and PMO-05 policies. Evaluate, make recommendations and implement corrective actions where gaps exist
Development and review of time-phased budgets; establishment of key performance metrics and milestones; ongoing reporting of Program(s) cost and schedule variances; investigation of financial irregularities; financial program compliance; prepare milestone invoices and analyze program cash forecast.
Partner with and provide guidance to Program Managers, Technical Leads, and Division/Sector leadership related to financial performance
Responsible for influencing day-to-day execution of all financial activity related to Programs, Proposals, Reviews, including the development of strategies necessary to achieve program financial goals
Partner with IPT members to execute baselining, Estimate to Completion (ETC), and change management processes.
Self-motivated and strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively work with people of all levels within the organization
Ability to proactively solve complex problems and issues in a timely manner with limited supervision
Strong sense of initiative, independence, closure, with ability to navigate multiple priorities within tight-deadlines

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field and requires a minimum of 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and minimum of 7 years prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years prior related experience.
10+ years’ experience and demonstrated strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Additional Skills:

Previous experience with SAP and EVMS including COBRA
Knowledge of cost/schedule development, budgeting, financial analysis and forecasting
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment
