Our facility in Cape Canaveral, FL has an immediate opportunity for a Manufacturing Support Team Member Senior to join our mission in supporting the FBM Team performing procurement activities, such as generating Purchase Requisitions, tracking procurement status, generating weekly reports for project health, identifying issues, and coordinating deliveries from other LM locations. This position will require daily communication with Subcontracts, Design Engineering, and Project Management to work through supply chain challenges and will also provide opportunities for you to develop creative solutions to complex issues.

What will a typical day in this role involve?

Create, update, and maintain material records in SAIL database.
Interface daily with internal and external customers to resolve problems related to material number, nomenclature, source of supply, and more.
Provided the SAIL user community with technical support

Basic Qualifications:

Proficient with Microsoft Office products (ex. Access, Excel, PowerPoint).
Must be a United States citizen and be able to obtain a Secret Security clearance

Desired Skills:

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education (such as Business Management, Logistics, or Supply Chain)
Experience with SAP or other comparable Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tool
Experience with Software Engineering
Strong interpersonal skills, and be able to operate in a fast paced, team-based environment
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
Should be able to operate independently with little supervision after training
Attention to detail
Problem solving skills

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
