Description: You will be the IT PMO / Business Technology Partner for the Model‑Based Enterprise (MBE) Directorate. Our team is responsible for aligning technology solutions with program objectives across Missiles and Fire Control and Enterprise Business and Digital Transformation.
What You Will Be Doing
This role will report up through the Model-Based Enterprise (MBE) Directorate within the MFC Chief Information Officer (CIO) organization and will be matrixed to the VP of PFLM.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Manage IT Projects & Roadmap – Oversee end to end IT project delivery and maintain detailed status reports, through coordination with other IT directorates, and develop the 1LMX/EBDT program technology roadmap (1 to 3 year vision) that ties directly to program milestones. • Execute & Integrate Program Specific Technology – Lead the rollout and seamless integration of technology offerings, ensuring they meet PFLM objectives and align with defined Opportunity, Functional, and Technical Requirements. • Serve as Primary Demand/Intake & Liaison – Act as the first point of contact for technology demand, triage requests, and coordinate with 1LMX/EBDT delivery and SME teams as the program’s central liaison. • Integrate in Program Business Rhythms – Attend staff meetings, Production IPT sessions, and other regular program forums to keep technology efforts aligned with operational priorities. • Support MBE Initiatives & Innovation Incubation – Champion MBE initiatives, drive capability incubation, and identify emerging technologies/processes that enhance program performance. • Cross Directorate Coordination – Receive, evaluate, and act on data/information from partner business areas for PFLM to inform decisions and ensure cohesive execution across the enterprise. • Lead Change Management & Adoption – Design and drive change management strategies to secure successful implementation and user adoption of new tools, processes, and innovations.

Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. • Must have an active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one. • 5 + years of experience in a rapid change technical environment • Proven ability to translate business objectives into technical requirements and functional specifications. • Strong project management skills, including experience with status reporting, risk tracking, and roadmap development. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to facilitate collaboration across multiple departments and senior leadership. • Demonstrated experience leading change management and user adoption initiatives for new systems or processes. • Familiarity with IT governance, demand/intake processes, and cross directorate coordination. • Ability to work in a fast paced, mission critical environment and manage competing priorities. Desired Skills: • Systems architecture and integration expertise (e.g., model based engineering, data fusion platforms) • Advanced project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, OpenPlan) and Agile/Scrum methodologies • Change management frameworks (Prosci, ADKAR) and user adoption strategies • Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation abilities across technical and business teams • Ability to craft clear, persuasive communications (presentations, executive briefs, PR style messages) • Experience with technology road mapping and long term vision planning (1-3 year horizons) • Knowledge of defense IT standards, cybersecurity and compliance requirements • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau) for status reporting • Collaborative mindset with a track record of driving cross directorate coordination and consensus building.
