This person is responsible for acting as a finance lead on the Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) program. Tasks include:
- Oversight of the contract integration team monthly business rhythm, including ensuring team submits all deliverables on time, with high quality
- Providing guidance to Control Account Managers (CAMs) and Finance Analysts
- Analyzing variances to ensure summary level variances are detailed and accurate
- Assisting in the development of review materials for internal and Government interfaces
- Utilizing Earned Value Management (EVM) data to provide information to the management team to enable sound business decisions
- Other ad-hoc cost and performance analyses
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years’ experience managing or analyzing financial data and/ or performance or anything else finance related
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree or higher level degree
- Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
Desired Skills:
- Excel experience - PowerQuery, macros, pivot tables, V lookups, etc.
- Experience with Government/DoD contracts
- Experience with Cobra and SAP tools
- EVM experience
- Experience working in a team environment
- Experience in detailed analysis of data exhibiting analytical ability and degree of accuracy
- Proactive, able to develop strategic process improvements
- Strong organizational, analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Advocate for change and continuous improvement
- Dedicated, able to develop strategic operational improvement for assigned team
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education, with 10+ years of professional experience; or 8+ years of professional experience with a Master’s degree.
- Secret clearance

Ability to Work Remotely:
Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
