You will be the Facilities Finance Project Representative for the Facilities Finance Team. Our team is responsible for managing financial operations that support facility projects, ensuring fiscal discipline and mission impact.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Facilities Finance Project Representative you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of facility initiatives, from budgeting to procurement.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Compile and review budgets, analyze variances, and provide financial administration.
  • Prepare financial plans, reports, and maintain historical records.
  • Enter and approve procurement requests, track spending, and review invoices.
  • Support project managers with financial guidance during project review and design meetings.
  • Partner with Finance and Capital teams to develop project budgets and capital documentation.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of related experience.

Budgeting, Purchasing and/or Billing experience in commercial/industrial projects.

Knowledge of facilities and construction projects.

Desired Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in engineering, business, or finance with 8 years of related experience.

Experience with SAP systems.

Knowledge of Capital planning

Good organizational/accounting skills.

Excellent computing skills with MS Office.

Ability to develop and present executive presentations

Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt Certification or LEAN Six-Sigma Black Belt training.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
