You will be the Contracts Management Sr for the Contracts Management team. Our team is responsible for providing contracts administration support, reviewing and interpreting contract requirements, leading proposal preparation, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Contracts Management Sr you will be responsible for overseeing contract administration, interpreting contract terms, and guiding proposal development to meet customer and company standards.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Review and interpret contract requirements and change impacts.
- Lead and coordinate proposal preparation and contract negotiations.
- Administer contracts and maintain accurate historical contract data.
- Advise leadership on contractual rights, obligations, and risks.
- Collaborate with Joint Venture partners to ensure seamless contract fulfillment.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position requires selected candidate to possess ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
- Contract life cycle experience including proposals, negotiations, administration, and closeout
- Develop, negotiate, and execute contracts
- Possess working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS)
- Support audits with internal and external audit teams and agencies
- 3+ years of related experience and may have a post-secondary degree or training in a related discipline.

- Ability to contribute positively to an inclusive teaming environment.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, with the skill to quickly pivot between tasks as priorities arise.
- Experience interpreting and negotiating standard USG FAR /DFARS regulation and/or Direct commercial Sale terms and conditions with foreign agencies/companies.
- Foreign Military Sales (FMS) experience desired.
- Offsets and Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) experience desired.
Security Clearance Statement:
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely:
Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
